1. Overview

At Pedal Knights, every cargo bike is handcrafted in Jakarta and built to order. We take quality seriously and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

2. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unassembled (if shipped disassembled), and in the original packaging.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

• Product arrived damaged or defective
• Product received does not match the order (wrong model or color)
• Manufacturing defect identified upon delivery

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer's remorse once a custom build has begun. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions.

4. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer or marketplace platform).

6. Warranty

All Pedal Knights bikes come with a structural frame warranty. For warranty claims beyond the 14-day return window, please visit our Warranty page.
